Bill Bucklew


Bill is extremely excited to combine his passion for creative problem solving and mission to help people living with neurological conditions, in this new partnership. 

Bill has had a successful career leading global teams across product and service design, development, manufacturing and supply chain, logistics and more. Working in broad array of industries from consumer household goods through automotive and electronics and space, has afforded Bill a broad technical background and the tools to lead teams to solve complex technical and consumer problems. These teams and organizations have gone onto exceptional commercial success while the uniqueness and effectiveness of the solutions have brought protection resulting in numerous utility patents.

Bill was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2012 and Bill’s father was diagnosed in 2015. Bill’s paternal grandfather may also have had Parkinson’s.

Bill has made it his life mission to help people with neurological diseases live their best lives possible and Lotus Innovations will be an important part of that.

Peter Leech

Peter Leech leads sales and marketing efforts for the company. Peter’s passion for innovation in medicine management stems from his personal journey with Parkinson’s Disease managing complex medicine regimens and frustration with poor current solutions. 

Peter is blessed to be a part of a larger Parkinson’s community via Team Fox (the athletic fundraising arm of The Michael J. Fox Foundation) and Uncorked Adventures fundraising for PD. In his role at Lotus Innovations, Peter draws upon his prior experience in Consumer Goods Marketing and Merchandising. Peter has led teams and organizations to drive category and brand growth with leading retail and consumer products companies including Costco, Carrefour, Meta, Amazon, eBay, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Samsung, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Albertsons, Tyson, Kimberly-Clark, Kroger and Walmart. 

Peter is the author of several industry publications including the “eCommerce Category Leadership Report” (CMA) and “Advanced Category Management” (FMI). Peter has been a speaker at retail industry group conferences across the globe including NRF, FMI, Etail and The Category Management Association.  Prior to consulting, Peter was general manager of eCommerce for Chico’s, a multi-branded women’s apparel retailer, and responsible for the Chico’s Passport loyalty program. Prior to Chico’s, Peter was EVP of Targeted Marketing at Littlewoods Shop Direct, a multi-billion eCommerce retailer in the UK with a full department store offering. Peter began his career at Procter & Gamble in sales and early stage Category Management practices.
